Terms, privacy & risk — in plain language
Verixia is a non-custodial interface to public blockchain protocols. That shapes everything on this page: there are no accounts to manage, no funds we hold, and very little data we touch.

Terms of use
- Verixia is an interface, not an exchange, broker, or custodian. Every transaction is constructed for your review and signed by your own wallet; execution and settlement happen on public blockchains and third-party protocols outside our control.
- You are responsible for your transactions. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Verify amounts, tokens, and addresses before signing — a signed transaction cannot be recalled by you or by us.
- You are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction, including whether you may lawfully access and use services like this one.
- Prohibited use: the interface may not be used for unlawful activity. Connecting wallets are screened against sanctions lists, and flagged wallets are refused service.
- No warranties. The interface is provided as-is. We work to keep quotes, data, and risk scores accurate, but third-party data and networks fail, lag, and change without notice.
Privacy
- No accounts. We don't collect names, emails, passwords, or identity documents. Connecting a wallet is the entire onboarding.
- What we do process: standard server logs (including IP addresses) used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and keeping the service running; and the wallet address you connect, which is checked at connection time via Chainalysis compliance tooling for sanctions screening.
- Public by design: your transactions, balances, and wallet activity live on public blockchains, visible to anyone, independent of Verixia.
- Third parties you interact with through the interface — wallet providers, Jupiter, Chainflip, MoonPay (fiat on-ramp), CoinGecko, WalletConnect — operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Fees
- Platform fee: 3%, displayed in the quote before you sign — never hidden in the exchange rate, never added afterward.
- Network fees (gas) are separate, set by the blockchain, and paid to the network — not to Verixia.
- Referrals: referrers earn 50% of the platform fee from the users they bring, paid instantly in SOL within the same transaction.
Risk disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and can lose most or all of their value. Smart contracts, bridges, and blockchain networks carry technical risk including bugs, exploits, and congestion. Token risk scores are automated screening, not guarantees — read the methodology for exactly what they do and don't cover. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.
